The HR manager should be able to look at the workforce needs of the business organization and come up with a plan to recruit, staff, or remove employees. He/she should also be able to organize the workforce in order to ensure that functions are carried out efficiently. The HR manager should also evaluate the performance of the company's workforce and come up with activities like workshops and seminars to further the strengths and competencies of each employee.
